Tanika is a Mother, Strategist, Coach, Femmepreneur, Linguist, Speaker and Masterclass Creator who has traveled to over 40 countries to learn, grow, serve and share her learnings with clients and stakeholders at-large.
She created Brand Rebirth to galvanize individuals and companies “to boldly unleash authenticity” as a means for self-empowerment and increased organizational brand effectiveness.
Tanika started her career on Wall Street as an Assistant Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and spent a decade of her career at the world’s largest energy company, Royal Dutch Shell. She has 2 decades of experience in the global corporate ecosystem as an Intrapreneur. Her metrics-centered methods have generated over $100 Million in her career and enabled her to successfully develop, manage and launch billion-dollar valued brands.
Her legacy project, Rebirth U (Digital Brand University for Women), endeavors to “democratize Ivy-League brand strategy principles for Women-led businesses and beyond” so that women all around the world can level-up on their brand know-how and build iconic and profitable brands.
Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, she resides in Houston, TX with her husband and young daughter and is currently the Women’s Ministry Director at her local church.

Tanika Vital-Pringle holds the Executive Education Certificate in Brand Leadership: Strategy, Management and Performance from Columbia University, the Global MBA in Brand Management from Thunderbird, The Global School of Management and the B.B.A. in International Business & Finance (B.B.A.) from Howard University.
She studied Spanish at Pre-Universitario Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela and Portuguese at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She has studied, worked and traveled abroad extensively in over 40 countries, particularly in Africa, Europe and Latin America.
She resides in Houston with her family and is currently the Women’s Ministry Director at her local church.
